Join an industry-leading company and submit your resume today for immediate consideration! br   br Duties as the Front Office Receptionist Include: br   br • Handle all front office functions br • Greet all visitors and maintain visitors log br • Professionally answer multi-line phone, clearly announce calls and transfer to appropriate employees br • Assist with various administrative duties and support several levels of management including Department Director and Client Representatives br • Responsible for maintaining department visitor log and schedule meetings as necessary br • Successfully provide clerical support including faxing, filing and data entry. br   br Required Skills: br   br   br • MUST have 3-5 years of corporate experience in a Front Office role br • Exceptional customer service skills including; verbal and written communication skills br • Ability to communicate effectively with upper management br • Excellent problem solving skills br • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook br   br Starting out on a temporary-hire basis, this position offers full-time hours, and benefits. Hourly pay will range between $14-16 per hour. br   br /span
