Fulfillment Associate Flex On/Call
Job Summary: Minimum of 3 days 15 hours per week during hours: 2:00PM to 8:00PM
Performs all functions necessary to support the fulfillment process. Flexible schedule 15- 20 hours per week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Follows the Basic Principles:

2. Performs collation duties:
Assembles customer and internal orders and prepares for shippng or routing (COD s and International).
Collates multiple pieces in correct sequence for customer orders.
Inserts collated orders in binders, folders and envelopes as required.
3. Prepares orders for shipping:
Staples packets according to shipping instructions.
Meters out all products via the electronic shipping system.
4. Assures accuracy of orders:
Monitors job tickets for packing, marking and delivery specificaitons.
Checks quantity of items and/or packages to assure completeness of order.
Reviews each job ticket to determine shipping instructions, component parts and samples to be pulled.
Matches all packing slips to purchase orders and verifies amount shipped and received.
Unpacks and inspects all material, checking for correct item and proper count.
5. Maintains electronic tracking of orders:
Logs all incoming material received in computer system accurately.
Responsible for the accurate use and care of the RF units.
Responsible for making bar codes for all incoming products.
6. Maintains and operates equipment:
Operates electronic shipping equipment safely and efficiently including Drexel/forklift, order picker, electric/manual pallet jack, computer and RF s Terminal, printers, copy machines and stapling equipment.
Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly.
Informs supervisor of any problems with equipment.
Does cycle counts as required.
7. Receives and distributes materials:
Receives all incoming items from company truck and common carriers.
Distributes non-production materials as received to correct parties.
Transfers materials between departments as directed.
Transfers materials from press skis to shipping skids when necessary.
Delivers supplies to front office when necessary.
8. Promotes atmosphere of team work
Follows work direction given by coordinators and leads.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: 0-2 years related work experience
Ability to read work orders and follow instructions accurately,
Ability to do basic math calculations,
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written
Physical Demands: Ability to stand/walk 7.5 hours per day on concrete floor;
Ability to lift: 5-29 lbs frequently
30-45 lbs. Frequently
46-5 lbs occasionally
Frequent bending, stopping and/or twisting
Repetitive hand/wrist motion repetitive grasping
Ability to move/dismount forklift
Ability to work in environment where machines are running and
Where temperatures may exceed 90 degrees in summer
May work in high places order picker
Ability to work overtime, including weekends, on short notice
