Hours:
M-F 4 to 5 days per week 4:00PM -8:00PM
Essential Collation duties:
Performs all functions necessary to support the fulfillment process.
Follows work direction given by supervisors, coordinators and leads.
Collates multiple pieces in correct sequence for customer orders.
Inserts collated materials into binders, folders and envelopes as required.
Prepares orders for inventory or direct shipment to customer.
Promotes atmosphere of team work
Performs other duties as assigned.

Assures accuracy of orders:
Monitors job tickets for packing, marking and delivery specifications.
Checks quantity of items and/or packages to assure completeness of order.
Reviews each job ticket to determine shipping instructions and component parts.
Follows Quality Control procedures including Lead first/ last sign offs and random QC checks.
Unpacks and inspects all material, checking for correct items, proper quantity and product quality.

Experience:
0-2 years related work experience
Ability to read work orders and follow instructions accurately,
Ability to do basic math calculations,
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written

Physical Demands:
Ability to stand/walk 7.5 hours per day on concrete floor;
Ability to lift: 5-29 lbs frequently
30-45 lbs. Frequently
46-50 lbs occasionally
Frequent bending, stopping and/or twisting
Repetitive hand/wrist motion repetitive grasping
Ability to work in environment where machines are running and
Where temperatures may exceed 90 degrees in summer
