Are you an experienced bookkeeper with at least 3 years of full charge bookkeeping experience? If so, you may be an excellent person for this exciting opportunity! br   br We are partnering with a company looking to expand its accounting team by adding a professional, positive, upbeat Full Charge Bookkeeper. This role will be responsible for managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and many other bookkeeping tasks including month end close. The ideal candidate will have at least an Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance and at least three years of experience. If this sounds like you, and you have strong people and organizational skills, please apply! br   br Your responsibilities: br • Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping processes br • Reconciling general ledger accounts and preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports br • Preparing invoices and documenting transactions br • Managing the budgeting and financial planning processes, including forecasting and job costing br • Serving as the point of contact for clients with inquiries regarding accounts and invoices br • Assisting with improving accounting processes to improve productivity and efficiency br • Tracking employee time and preparing accurate payroll br • Performing other projects and tasks as needed br   br Your Experience: br • Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance br • 3 years of bookkeeping br • Strong people skills including written and verbal communication br • Experience with accounting software br • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel skills br • Attention to detail and accuracy br • Professional written and verbal communication skills br • Ability to work effectively as part of a team br   br If you are interested and feel you are qualified for this Full Charge Bookkeeper job located in North Portland, OR, click the "Apply Now" button.
