Full Charge Bookkeeper

Classification: Bookkeeper - F/C

Compensation: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour

Seeking a bookkeeper with 5+ years of experience
Excel, Word and Quickbooks required.
Preparation of financial statements, sales tax reports, payroll tax reports and bank reconciliations.
Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.
A/R, A/P, General Ledger, journal entries and bank & credit card reconciliations.
Monthly Sales Tax Reports.
Collections.
Ability to create and manage financial reports; well organized.
