The Full Service Vending Operations Manager is responsible for assisting Packaged Beverages (PB) branches in maximizing full service vending profitability through measurement and proactive management of the following key operational areas: asset utilization, case sales, revenue, cash yield, commissions, route driver expenses and productivity.

Position Responsibilities
1. Work with Branch designated personnel on the implementation and ongoing utilization of the Full Service Vending (FSV) Control Points ? 29 FSV Control Points as developed by DPS Finance.
2. Document and communicate levels of compliance to the FSV Control Points. Provide rationale to the Corporate Finance team and receive approval for all exceptions to Control Point implementation.
3. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the Master Data process relating to FSV account maintenance/set up and Route Driver handheld data entry.
4. Utilize SAP and Margin Minder reports to identify FSV equipment where case volume and gross margin dictate corrective action. Communicate and interact with Branch management to resolve.
5. Utilize the Cash Yield report to identify potential situations of fraud/theft. Communicate with Branch Management on situations where the cash yield report indicates fraud and assist in scheduling and executing Investigative Audits.
6. Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and maintain a reporting system to track and communicate performance. Work with PB Branches to implement continuous improvement initiatives relative to the established departmental KPI?s.
7. Compile key Operating Policy and Procedure in a written format. Communicate FSV Policy and Procedure and provide training as needed.
8. Respond to corporate reporting requests relating to FSV ? equipment, accounts, and other financial data.
