Title: Full Time Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Phone Rep Hattiesburg, MSLocation: Mississippi HattiesburgOther Locations: Responds to customer's inquiries or complaints regarding company's products or services. May makes periodic calls to existing customers to determine satisfaction with the company, products and services. Determines best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies. Coordinates problem resolution with appropriate departments. Informs customers of standard procedures or resolution of problem. Follows up, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction.QUALIFICATIONS:** MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH. High school diploma or equivalent; College Degree preferred but not required.. 2 years call center or related experience required.. Proven sales experience where applicable.. Skilled in effective sales techniques.. Thoroughly knowledge of applicable bank products, services and resources.. Knowledge of applicable bank policies and procedures.. Good knowledge of all applicable systems and applications in assigned department.. Excellent telephone and typing skills;. Excellent problem identification and resolution skills.. Possesses good oral and written communication skills and customer service skills.. Effective time management skills.. May require general knowledge of a specified computer software program, such as, Microsoft Word or Excel.MUST BE ABLE TO WORK MON. FRI. 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
