The tickets that need to be escalated would be recategorized and escalated. br br B Job Roles and Responsibilities: /B br ul
li User Admin and security access -- MS Active Directory, Exchange, General application admin /li li Solve Hardware and Software issues, Perform Computer Upgrades and imaging /li li Application troubleshooting, peripheral setup and Virus/Malware/Spyware Removal/Detection /li li Working within the internal and external user community to promote excellent customer service, effective response times and provide expert insights into general support issues /li li Strong verbal and written communication skills /li li Able to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently /li li Analyze and identify trends in issue reporting and devising preventative solutions. Expected to offer suggestions for any noted process improvements and develop the new procedures. /li /ul
br B Job Qualifications: /B br ul
li 5+ years' experience in IT hardware/software support in a wan environment /li li Positive attitude and ability to work as an independent member of a project team /li /ul
