Full-Time Entry Level Production

Quad/Graphics is seeking production workers for the Press Department. Positions include the opportunity to learn the printing process from the ground up and advance in a challenging environment. -Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have two years of continuous work history with one employer in the last three years. Work schedule consists of 12 hour shifts (either 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.). Shifts include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Successful candidates must be able to perform the following:
lift 10-15 pounds continuously, lift up to 70 pounds occasionally, stand long hours, use hands and wrists continuously in controlled movement, receive and follow instructions and use vision in order to identify defects with or without reasonable accommodation. Good verbal and written comprehension, the ability to thrive in a team environment, and work independently with minimal supervision is required.
- Manufacturing experience (such as laborer, machinist, assembly, down piling, or bindery) is required.
-Internal experience with Quad/Graphics will be considered in lieu of work experience requirements.
