Job Description

We are currently looking for a Front Desk Agent at the Hampton Inn & Suites Full-time with a flexible schedule. As well as a PT Night Auditor for Friday and Saturday 11p-7a.

This is a great career opportunity for someone with excellent customer service back ground and we have great opportunities for someone to advance quickly.

JOB SUMMARY:

* Greets and registers guests as well as checks guests out of the hotel.

* Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in the hotel.

* Upgrades guests, and promotes hotel services and amenities.

* Completes the registration process, codes electronic keys, and makes appropriate selection of rooms based on guest needs.

* Provides welcome packets containing room keys, tokens of our appreciation, gifts, etc. to our VIP guests.

* Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.

* Makes restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservation, and arranges for tours.

* Ensures statements are correct upon guest check-out; Computes bill, collects payment, and makes change for guests.

* Makes and confirms reservations.
