Job Description

Individual will provide support to Counter IED Special Programs Office in tracking of ACCM training, scheduling personnel for movement to various TRADOC locations, travel preparation, and other government directed activities. Will prepare correspondence, briefings, spreadsheets, and schedules based on direction from the supported ACCM personnel. May work in a classified environment to exchange information and briefings. Support the planning, development, coordination, and execution of all ACCM training operations and integration activities for ACCM. Coordinates and assists the lead position with all ACCM program Integrators/Trainers. Provide database and Excel support for all ACCM training policies and procedures within the ACCM proof of concept. Analyze, evaluate, coordinate, synchronize and integrate ACCM data into a coherent and presentable data. Provide administrative support to the ACCM lead as needed. Prepare briefings; assist in development of information/decision papers, policy documents, staffing packages, letters, memorandums, and official multimedia correspondence. Develops and maintains Team s report filing systems and correspondence. Utilizes personal computers along with a variety of software packages (word processing, graphics, database management, electronic mail, etc.) Prepares a variety of correspondence and reports from drafts into proper format with responsibility for correct spelling, grammar, capitalization and punctuation. Must be proficient with recent experience in MS Office products PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access and Project. Corporate travel and timekeeping systems experience desired. Candidate must be eligible for a security clearance which requires US citizenship.
