Duties and Responsibilities
The Division of Gastroenterology at Loyola University Medical Center is seeking a GI Health Psychologist to serve as Director of Behavioral Medicine for the Digestive Health Program. This would be at the level of Associate Professor with a joint appointment in Psychiatry. Candidate will build a behavioral health program focusing on digestive health disorders. They will provide consultation and in-service forums as needed to gastroenterologists, gastrointestinal surgeons, and primary care teams regarding management of patients with health and behavior issues related to digestive health disorders, maintain documentation of patient care in compliance with departmental and institutional requirements and participate in the educational program of the department for fellows, residents, and medical students.

Minimum Education or Experience
Candidate must be a licensed clinical psychologist with a PhD.
