Job Description
Overview:
Prepare graphic arts to be printed by 'Gamma 60' machine in order to match existing/New Products requested by Marketing Responsibilities:
-Perform color management on graphics to match Existing/New Products.
-Create and/or organize a digital library of all art jobs performed.
-Create and/or organize profiles required to be used as future reference.
-Learn operation of Gamma 60 printer.
-Print and perform all tests required on Gamma 60 printer.
-Assist production department on any graphic adjustment required to achieve a Target Shade.
-Maintain and organize files in Gamma Workstation.Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree on graphic design preferred. Knowledge of graphic production design. Advanced knowledge of Adobe programs on Mac Computer.Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processors to perform various analysis and business correspondence. 1 or more years graphic design experience, preferably familiar with a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and understand procedures in English. Effective communication skills, listening skills, attention to details, and ability to organize and retrieve information. Ability to manage several projects at once. Ability to work in a team environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands and reach with hands and arms. The associate is required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
