Job Overview: Assist the Executive Chef in the daily planning and production of all cold meals. Prepare cold food items according to the Boars Head specifications. Responsible for proper preparation of food items for the resort including restaurants/ and or banquets. Essential Job Functions: Prepare cold food items according to the Boars Head recipes specifications, monitoring taste, visual appeal and portion size. Responsible for proper production of cold food items working efficiently to achieve maximum productivity and cost control. Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, safe and sanitary work environment. Ensure that health and safety standards are followed and food products are properly stored and rotated in assigned workstation. Complete projects in a timely and effective manner as assigned. Contribute to overall resort team effort by completing additional duties as assigned. Practice safe and proper use of equipment at all times. Follow resort departmental policies and procedures.
