Assist in the delivery of quality patient and family care under the direction of licensed nursing personnel while maintaining a safe working environment.
High school education. Completion of either a 75 hour nursing assistant course, or be a health care student or possess military medic experience. Acute hospital care experience preferred. Computer/keyboarding skills preferred. Demonstrated effective communication skills. Basic Life Support certification required upon completion of unit orientation.
