Oversees the strategic planning and administration for one or more of the following CHOICE products: Managed Long Term Care (MLTC), Fully-Integrated Dual Advantage (FIDA), Medicare Advantage and Select Health. Collaborates with functional leaders in the development of a business plan that is aligned with CHOICE goals and objectives. Is responsible for the achievement of all financial targets, and ensuring compliance with all applicable government regulations. Establishes budgets and metrics used to evaluate products; leads the evaluation and reporting of progress. Works under general supervision.

Bachelor&rsquot;s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related area required. Master&rsquot;s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting preferred.

Minimum six years of experience in business management, planning and financial oversight required. Demonstrated knowledge of health plan operations including enrollment and member services, utilization, claims processing, contracting and provider relations, and regulatory compliance required. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and interact cooperatively with all levels of management and their staff required. Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical skills required. Strong problem solving and decision making skills required. Excellent oral/written/interpersonal skills required. Proficient PC skills, including MS Word, Excel and Access required.
