GENERAL MANAGER CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will have experience in successfully leading a property through a renovation or reposition effort. He or she will be passionate about quality service and have an incredible eye for detail.

The ideal candidate will also have:

Successful GM experience in a 200-400 room hotel - at least 2+ years
Strong experience in a branded hotel culture, preferably Hilton
Proven success in implementing and executing a market-leading service culture
Knowledgeable, passionate about and very active in the Sales & Marketing function
Strong willingness to be involved in the local business community
Proven success in F&B operations
Previous Chicago area market experience
