What you get to do: Oversees all front of house operations within the Hotel. Your day-to-day: * Provides and ensures an exceptional experience for all guests. * Supervising the interviewing, hiring, training, counseling and development of staff. * Maintains high level of employee satisfaction through hands on involvement on property and creating a culture of empowerment. * Reviews financial reports and works with operational teams to meet or exceed budgets. Specific experience we're seeking: * GM/AGM experience at full-service properties, upscale/luxury experience preferred. * Experience hiring, scheduling, sales, marketing and training. * Builds and maintains partnerships with third party ownership * Experience managing and interpreting financial reports. * Passion for the guest experience and provides a personal experience via on property or social media. * To be a partner with the Executive Chef for a seamless overall operation of a full service restaurant, full service craft cocktail venue, and in-room dining operations. * You would describe yourself as a hands-on General Manager who is present on property and builds genuine connections with employees and guests.
