Sodexo has an opportunity for a General Manager at Des Peres Hospital located in Des Peres, MO. Des Peres Hospital is a 143-bed acute care community hospital offering a full range of medical and surgical services, from 24/7emergency room care, to general medical services, to open heart and robot-assisted surgery. Sodexo offers patients "At Your Request Dining" which is a full-service room service program from 6:30 am - 6:30 pm daily. In this role, you will oversee this program as well as an hourly staff of approximately 25 patient services employees. We are looking for candidates who can: * implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs targeted to improve customer satisfaction; * interact with patients and the nursing staff; * perform HR functions and direct supervision of hourly associates. The ideal candidate will have the following: * Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implement company policies. * Previous experience working in a high volume facility. * Strong management skills, preferably in health care.
