This is a stunning 400 Resident Continuing Care Retirement Community on a 16-acre campus, nestled between the ocean and the mountains; it is a Mediterranean-style paradise in one of the countrys most desirable communities. This location also has an Independent living facility with a high end dining room, a pool side café, and a new Bistro. This location is part of a 12 Campus system located throughout the United States. Position interfaces with the client and residents on a regular basis to listen to and look for customer satisfaction enhancements. Position has an active role in managing the daily events and operations related to dining, customer service, cost controls, and will provide strategic leadership and work collaboratively with several generations in the workplace to exceed resident and client expectations. Position manages a budget of 3 million, 5 managers; Registered Dietitian, an Executive Chef, 60 hourly employees, the HACCP and Safety Programs, Regulatory Compliance, Five Star Dining Services, and the Training Programs.
