Sodexo School Services Division has an immediate need for an experienced General Manager 3 to manage a new food account Washington, IN. Previous USDA and NSLP experience is required. Excellent communications skills, strong supervision/leadership skills and financial acumen are also desired. Candidate must meet the USDA professional standards for Nutrition Directors. We are seeking a seasoned General Manager with the ability to build relationships with diverse work groups. The best qualified candidate will have managed accounts at $1.5MM+ in complex environments and have exceptional Operations skills. Seeking candidates who are Project Management focused, and have strong Financial acumen, who are Expense driven. Proven verbal and written Communication skills & quality Food Productions skills are key focus areas in this role. You will complete daily, weekly & monthly Financial reports, will handle Staff Development & Corrective Action, and will work through highly politicized School Boards. An understanding of political environments is essential. You must also have functioned in the top position in a large account, responsible for Financial performance, productivity metrics, and a large Management team.
