Destination Hotels & Resorts began in 1972 with the development and management of condominium hotels. Since then, we have grown to become one of the countrys largest independent hospitality management companies with more than 7,500 employees, over 7,000 guest rooms, and more than $1.5 billion in assets under management. LANSDOWNE RESORT
Located near historic Leesburg, Virginia, and bordering the Potomac River, the AAA four diamond Lansdowne Resort is nestled in Loudoun County, Virginia s famed wine country, just eight miles from Washington Dulles International Airport and 30 miles from Washington, D.C. For business or pleasure, Lansdowne Resort is a one of a kind destination there s simply nothing in the Washington, DC area that compares. There are 296 deluxe guest rooms, including 14 suites; overlooking panoramic views of the property s championship golf courses.

Amenities include 5 restaurants and lounges, 50,000 sq. ft. of IACC certified conference space and multiple vistas for weddings and social events. Additionally, the property has a 12,000 sq. ft. destination spa; Spa Minerale, along with a five pool indooroutdoor aquatic complex and fitness center. The Golf Club at Lansdowne offers 45-holes golf designed by world-renowned golf course architects Robert Trent Jones, Jr. and Greg Norman.

GENERAL MANAGER CANDIDATE PROFILE
The General Manager of Lansdowne Resort will oversee this meetings resort destination. We are looking for an experienced industry leader to guide the success of this exceptional product in operating results, quality and service and inspiring a winning culture. The candidate will demonstrate and an eye for detail, innovation, marketing and promotions, public relations, community connectivity, a dynamic leadership style and the ability to achieve business results and objectives. The successful candidate must also be able to embrace and contribute to the property s vision and implement strategies and initiatives to realize that vision while continuing to position and operate the property appropriately in the market against all competitors, realizing the revenue, financial and guest service goals established.
