As General Manager, you will create and maintain customer-driven operations with a vision that inspires hotel associates to do their best. You will oversee the quality process to ensure guest satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product quality and service to achieve the hotels financial objectives. This position requires experience in all phases of hotel management, including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budgetforecast management, rooms, housekeeping and maintenance.

We are ideally seeking someone with PROVEN FOOD & BEVERAGE experience (because heshe will interface closely with Director of F&B). Hands-on Rooms Operations experience is just about a must too as heshe will have a big hand with rooms. Revenue Management experience is a plus. Strategic thought process and accomplishments a must (who can be more than just the General Manager). Marriott experience helpful but not required. Team player wanted who loves operations! Will provide universal operationaltechnical assistance throughout hotel. Must be the face and the engine of the hotel!
