Company Profile: Leading Staffing Firm seeking General Manager Sales and Operations * High Commission Package! Job Description: Our client a leading Staffing Firm is seeking a newly created position of General Manager responsible for Sales, Operations, Recruitment and Management Your key responsibilities will be: Opening and closing the office daily Managing the day to day operations Manage all the sales efforts within a geographic territory Manage the recruitment efforts necessary to support sales You will be responsible for all administrative duties necessary to support sales/operations and recruiting Maintain and foster a positive and productive work environment for the staff Create a Sense of Urgency among staff to fill job orders on time Achieve budgeted sales and gross profit goals Adhere and enforce all company Policies and Procedures Sales duties: Drive sales with active and new client, inactive and prospects through the demonstration of the company s sales process with field representatives Direct and monitor all daily activity with the field representatives Monitor and assist in client collections Build strong client relationships, including client appreciation activities Ensure superior service levels to clients; analyze information regarding client satisfaction, modifying processes and counseling employees to ensure high levels of client service Participate in marketing and business development activities to increase revenues Maintain continual sales recruiting efforts to identify potential field representatives (candidates) Visit local clients when required Recruiting Operations: Build a quality workforce by managing the recruitment, hiring, training, development and retention of quality field employees Build positive field employee relationships, including overseeing employee orientation/appreciation/safety culture activities Direct and monitor daily activities of the project coordinator to ensure they will have the anticipated skill labor need to fill upcoming work orders This position offers a Base and a very Aggressive Commission Package with potential to make 6 figures! Full benefits, Cell phone and laptop Excellent room for growth potential Job Requirements: In order to qualify for this role you must have: 3 to 5 years experience within a staffing industry Strong management skills Ideally looking for someone who has worked within the construction industry and or general contract business Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong sales abilities to close business on existing and new accounts Excellent at building strong client relationships and maintaining business The ability to recruit through various means, creative and solutions oriented Keywords: Retail, Sales / Business Development, Customer Service, Manager, Mfg - Skilled Trades
