Geneva Programmer/AnalystGeneral:* (2-4 years) level developer with good
experience in Advent * Geneva system * Candidate will be involved in producing
reports, data imports/exports from Geneva * Candidate will participate
in developing, maintaining, enhancing and testing various systems interfaces
with Geneva* Candidate will be interacting with business users to gather/understand
requirements and provide support during UAT* Candidate must be comfortable
with working in fast-paced multitasking environment with demanding users*
Candidate must be able to analyze data, apply formulas and explain numbers
from accounting reports* Good verbal/written communication skills required
Business: Will require good understanding of:* Different financial products
and their lifecycles (Specifically for equities, fixed income products,
options, futures, ABSs and various Swaps)* Accounting principles (More
specifically, Geneva Accounting )Technical Expertise: * Must be self-sufficient
to handle Geneva related requirements including reporting/data import-export/operation
support/system interfaces etc. * Must be proficient in RSL/RDL for reporting
from Geneva * Unix scripting knowledge required* Good SQL and stored procedure
design/development expertise is required * .NET knowledge a plus* Perl
