JOB DESCRIPTIONGlobal Account Manager- Precision Aerospace Components.
Location: Cincinnati Ohio-Corporate office
Established and growing Tier 1 supplier looking for a professional, high energy, multifaceted sales person. A successful sales person will spend 60 % of the time managing, nurturing and developing existing OEM accounts. 40% of the time will be spent developing new business. Our products are multi axis precision components for aircraft engines. Must be technical in nature, extremely professional, knowledgeable and driven to succeed.
Provide sales growth to increase revenues and improve profitability while exceeding the customer’s expectations and delivering results that meet internal guidelines and objectives.
Target new and existing customers for new sales opportunities and execute action plans to secure new business.
Develop and implement sales strategies, monitor and analyze sales activity against goals.
Develop new prospects and interact with international customers to increase sales.
Manage and grow large OEM accounts.
Manage large and complex aerospace OEM accounts.
Maintain positive communications with co-workers, internal/external customers, and stakeholders regarding sales goals and objectives.
Interact with and influence key stakeholders and demonstrate ability to interface effectively at all levels.
Plan and execute strategic initiatives.
Deliver sales and marketing presentation to a wide variety of audiences including internal and external customers.

Bachelor’s Degree - Business, Engineering, Marketing, or relevant discipline. Technical degree preferred. Advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of aerospace industry experience – required.
5+ years selling to aerospace OEMs – required.
3+ experience managing complex international accounts – required.
Sales Data Base experience / CRM system knowledge – required.
Experience working and selling maintenance repair and overhaul services – preferred.
Prior work experience within one of the major OEM’s – GE, P&W, & RR – preferred.
