The Global Business Development Manager / Operation Joint Forces (OJF)sales position solicits, sells implements and expands relationships at the high end of the market (Fortune 500/1000 companies) and qualifies potential new opportunities.
The Global Business Development Manager (OJF) expands relationships within strategically important large customers. Typically, these customers have multiple locations, which could be found across multiple Districts or Regions.
The Global Business Development Manager (OJF) is responsible for C-level relationship building and is also expected to work with multiple individuals with authority to make the purchasing decisions related to the OD Adjacency product lines that may reside in multiple locations and may include multiple districts or regions.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and minimum 5 years outside sales experience.
Other Information:- Analytical ability with strategic planning and decision making skills.
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong sales skills
- Experience in implementing and maintaining large accounts.
- An understanding of the customer relationship process, buying cycle and a demonstrated record of mid to senior level customer contacts.
- A thorough grasp of professional and consultative selling skills to include a history of successful contract negotiations.
