EMD Performance Materials in looking for a Global Key Account Manager in the Dallas area.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the whole sales process for key accounts, ensure to achieve revenue and margin target with risk management sense.

Solves a range of straightforward problems through business knowledge and technical experience.

Establish good communication and maintain good cooperation with all level of key customers.

Develop business opportunities within the designated market and take measures to increase the company s market share.

Coordinate with global Marketing, R&D and technical support engineers to provide good service to the customers.

Manage working capital with Global Supply Chain, provide good service to the customers for on-time delivery.

Provide accurate sales forecasts with Global Finance to support business planning.

Monitors budget and expenditures.

Professional Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above majored in Chemical, Electric & Electronics, and Business required

Minimum of 5 years, Semiconductor industry experience, and familiar with concerned process required

Good coaching skill, interpersonal, and communications skill.

Good command of computer.

Good team work sprint.

Willing to work under high pressure.
