The individual in this position will report to the Head of Global Legal Solutions (GLS) and provide senior level leadership and execution support across the 5 core GLS functions: Technology Strategy, Business Management, Continuous Improvement, Outside Counsel Strategy and Legal Invoice Operations.

Through partnership with senior management, HR, Finance, and other GLS functional leads, this individual will drive the delivery of special projects with a focus on

* Outside counsel strategy and governance
* Business transformation, organizational simplification and efficiency

The requirements for this position include excellent interpersonal and project management skills, executive level presentation experience, creativity, the ability to interact and communicate effectively with senior leaders, the willingness to take initiative and work collaboratively, and the ability to handle highly sensitive information with the appropriate care and discretion.

The ideal candidate will be a lawyer with

* Solid understanding of banking products
* Reengineering and efficiency experience
* Understanding of Legal services procurement and Legal operations
* Budget and financial planning experience


* 10+ years of relevant professional experience
* Proven skills in leadership and the ability to promote collaboration
* Must have experience managing a group
* Demonstrated history of successful project management
* Bachelor's degree required, Law degree highly preferred
* Superior customer service skills
* Proactive, self-starter
* Highly process oriented
