Take the lead to maximize profit and revenue in the dynamic, fast paced, high growth biopharmaceutical market. You will have the opportunity to take your management expertise to a new level managing Agilent s worldwide Biopharmaceutical consumables business development and applications team. The Biopharmaceutical consumables team is an integral part of Agilents rapidly expanding Chemistries and Supplies Division, focused on the development and supply of analytical and purification workflow solutions to all sectors of the Biopharmaceutical industry. You will manage a globally based, diverse team that is a market leader in delivering innovative technologies, world class workflow solutions and support services to global biopharmaceutical customers, you will:
*Lead cross functional and cross organizational business teams to develop customer solutions, drive new product innovation and deliver profitable growth.
*Lead the worldwide product management and applications teams to meet and exceed business goals.
*Ensure customer satisfaction through maintaining senior customer relationships and sales.
*Develop and implement a global training and communications strategy that drives successful cross functional new product launches.
*Develop a long term strategic business plan to exceed regional and global growth targets.
*Defining volume-driven product pricing based on product costs and market conditions that achieve gross margin goals.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:

Bachelor or Advanced Degree in biological sciences or molecular biology with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product marketing required.

*Experience of product marketing into the Biopharma or closely related industries, with a proven track record in developing global marketing programs, product development and commercialization activities.
*A proven track record developing and implementing successful business growth strategies and managing teams responsible for delivering against a defined deadline.
*A thorough understanding of customer workflows and processes in the Biopharma industry, from drug product development, through evaluation and qualification, to manufacturing scale.
*A thorough knowledge of the chromatography separation and purification technologies, methodologies and techniques used in the Biopharma industry.
*Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in a cross functional matrixed organization.
*Excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand the company s products and processes;
*Ability to work under minimal supervision on complex projects, lead cross-functional teams, build consensus across diverse groups and secure formal and informal buy-in from all teams.
*Sales experience is highly desirable.
