* Responsible for leading a team of financial analysts to provide accurate and timely commissions
* Work with Director of Global Sales to identify and raise awareness, eliminate inefficiencies in the sales process and allow for continuous improvement
* Develop and perform analysis and inspection to ensure compliance of plan to ensure objectives are accomplished, both financial and operational
* Perform complex financial analysis, financial planning, auditing, and management to include budgeting, quota planning, performance analysis, and territory planning
* Perform all sales compensation modeling what-if scenarios, pressure testing, comparison to targets
* Experienced in design and development of rule elements used in the rules of compensation plans such as fixed value, variables, territories, rate tables, lookup tables, quota and formulas
* Ability to document compensation processes for post-production reference and knowledge transfer


* 5+ years of managing a team of financial analysts
* 5+ years' experience managing the calculation and payment of complex multi-country and currency sales compensation programs
* Experience in sales compensation design and development, as well as territory design and coverage; including global/international exposure
* Experience improving process: i.e. reduced process cycle time, reduced costs, increased customer satisfaction, and increased profits
* Proficient in
