Job Description:
The Global Sales Support position will be responsible to give support to a key SKF customer account.

* To be the expert of customer supplier portal, including but not limited to systems such as:

* eSAP Vendor Tooling

* Bulletins review and distribution management

* less than less than less than E-Contract Mailbox (in GQTS)

* Termination claim process

* Monthly scheduled tasks, including but not limited to:

* Communication of customer metrics (SSE Supplier Dashboard, Supplier Quality Excellence Award status, Bidlist, etc.) to the customer, including research/monitor any issues showing RED status

* Participate in customer Supplier Business Meeting (SBM), monthly U.S. vehicles sales teleconference, and quarterly financial results teleconference, then communicate highlights to the customer

* Steel price contract adjustments

* Support all customer activities related to Siebel (or any future CRM), including but not limited to:

* less than Agreements / Contracts

* less than less than Dashboard management

* Call Reports (as needed)

* Business Opportunities (as needed)

* Daily monitoring of the customer contract mailbox for any updated contracts, complete contract pre-review for all new/revised contracts, and distribute to the appropriate SKF personnel (globally)

* Develop, manage, and administer customer training

* Act as the central administrator for the CSR database related to customer, ensuring all appropriate documents are entered into the database and move through the approval process to closure

* Manage DUNS for all locations that supply to customer, including assurance the correct DUNS are reflected in customer s systems

* Maintain the customer catalogue of all SKF products & competitor products on vehicles

* Maintain Spider and Quickr site for the customer CorporateAccount Team

* Ensure customer Success Stories (globally) are created and published on Spider, including updating the Success Stories file and upload to the Corporate Account website on Spider

* Regular updates to the Corporate Account strategy file, including distribution to the Core Team

* Conduct customer market research on a case-by-case basis

* Create reports and analyze data from market references (e.g. IHS, Wards) related to customer on a case-by-case basis

* Regularly monitor communications, announcements, press releases, etc.; distribute to the appropriate SKF personnel

* Monitor and communicate to the appropriate SKF personnel about plant closures (summer, Christmas, etc.)

* BE Facilitator for the customer Core Team

* Maintain SKF s approved status for the annual Conflict Minerals update

* Special project - DDP support, as needed

Job Requirements :

* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in Business or Engineering or closely related field

* A minimum two years experience in Automotive Industry

* Ability to travel to local customer


* Front line experience with Automotive OEM customers

* SKF Business Excellence facilitator training

* Work experience with bearings, seals, or related SKF products

* High amount of initiative, self-motivation, energy, and volition
