JOB DESCRIPTIONSDI is looking for a Global Services Verticals Product Marketing Manager for a 12+ month contract for our client located in Morrisville, NC
Client’s WW Services Business Development team is currently seeking a Global Services Product Marketing and Project Manager.
As a Global Services Product Marketing Manager, your role is to define Services requirements to construct an end-to-end service architecture enabling Client Vertical Solutions.
The individual should use their experience, operations analysis skills, creative thinking and ability to draw on past business experience to provide creative and thoughtful solutions to these issues.
This position requires the individual to be a part of an Offerings Development Team and work efficiently and effectively with Service Delivery, Procurement, Operations, Geography Marketing, Manufacturing, and Finance team members to deliver leadership offerings on-time.
Success will require the ability to influence and maintain open communication with all areas of the company, including WW hardware business units, geo/country service sales and marketing teams, and technical service delivery teams.
This person must be able to manage complexity, think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Individuals will have the opportunity to work with and influence a variety of WW stakeholders to drive transformational projects.
Services Product Life Cycle (PLC) Management: Manage the entire service life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities for the assigned service product lines
Conduct competitive analysis to determine service offer features & pricing strategy, including key processes and resources
Develop service offerings to address requirements & manage BMS to close requirements to ensure capabilities are delivered as defined
Analyze potential service partner relationships and develop long-term strategic requirements to support assigned services and solutions
Develop and maintain consistent communication and relationships with key extended teams including regional Services teams, Services Delivery, Corporate Marketing and PC hardware product teams
Interlock with stakeholders to address gaps in services delivery and sales processes
Ensure delivered capabilities meet needs of all routes to market, including direct, indirect, .com, and retail
Work with geo marketing to providing value prop content for marketing deliverables and define initiatives to create demand within key market verticals and horizontal markets
Some business operations analysis identifying trends and data for further study and action
Ensure requirements are delivered as per negotiated commitments
Achieve schedules/milestones, ensure accuracy and quality of business analysis, and drive continuous process improvement
Results driven, team player
Demonstrated history of creative problem solving and ability to work cross functionally across multiple organizations
Excellent communication skills and strong process orientation
Ability to work with both geo and WW team members, drive projects, participate in occasional after-hours calls
Candidates should have project management skills
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of product marketing experience
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Project Management skills (PMP)
