As the Global Workplace Solutions Advisor, the position affords the opportunity to build upon and refine a unique and innovative program, with the potential to impact employee health and productivity across COPs global operations. Responsibilities may include:* Provides in-person (whenever possible) and telephonic assistance to employees dealing with issues affecting the workplace such as workplace stress, mental health, alcohol and other drug issues; other unspecified difficulties at work; as well as manager consultation on any related matters* Triages calls as necessary to external EAP and to other company health plans/partners; provides appropriate level of care referrals, and timely case follow-up through case closure* Responds to calls for 24 hr crisis, threat of violence, Critical Incident Stress Management; Fitness for Duty/return to work; and is a member of the company's Crisis Management Threat Assessment Team with the Global EAP Manager* Assists in the development of strategic programs and workplace interventions to enhance the health, well-being and productivity of the workforce* Develops and continually refines reporting metrics for Workplace Solutions and global EAP services* Provides assistance to global Manager of EAP development and HR consultation and support* Provides Cross-Cultural Adaptability Assessments (CCAAs) : Pre-departure, behavioral health interviews for for expatriates* Develops and provides Workplace Solutions presentations and training to all Conocophillips workgroups, supervisors and HR on various behavioral health and EAP related topics such as Stress Management, Change Management; Resiliency; Work/Life Services and company Supervisor Toolkits (STK's)* Collaborates with all Integrated Occupational Health Services members* Maintains confidentiality and client case records in the appropriate EAP care management database* Provides oversight for Workplace Solutions website and communication strategies* Works cross-functionally with key business leaders and business units such as Global Security, Human Resources, Global Learning and Development, Legal, HR Communications, Critical Incident Team, Wellness-Fitness Services, etc.* Assists in providing global vendor management for EAP, Mental and Behavioral Health Care and Substance Abuse (MHSA) services* Provides resources to Business Units designed to maximize workplace psychological wellbeingBasic/Required:* Legally authorized to work in the United States* Licensed Mental Health Professional (Must have at least one of the following)* Licensed Professional Counselor (L.P.C.)* Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (L.M.F.T.)* Licensed Masters of Social Work (L.M.S.W.)* Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LICSW)* Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Advanced Clinical Practitioner (LCSW-ACP)* Clinical Psychologist* Certified Employee Assistance Professional (C.E.A.P.)* Substance Abuse Professional (SAP)* 5 years direct experience working in Employee Assistance Programs in a corporate setting* Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPointPreferred: * Supervisor ex
