Requirement:The Role:The Global eBusiness Manager is required with the objective of seeking, nurturing and driving prospects and customers to TE websites to deepen user experience and purchase potential. The successful candidate will design and create programs and campaigns to generate revenue growth, as well as providing ongoing online support for customer loyalty programs.Key responsibilities include:
- Planning eBusiness aspects in conjunction with CIS Marketing leads for DataComm Marketing activities for Americas deployment. Aligning and completing any relevant CIS industry marketing objectives with an eBusiness approach and tactics for AMERICAS effectiveness.
- Managing the execution of eBusiness activities in areas of Online marketing which involves driving traffic to the AMERICAS websites through SEO, Online advertising, social media, and email campaigns. This will require coordination with Corporate eBusiness for best practice development. For deployment, this will require working with the CIS Marcom team and related local media. This involves managing all AMERICAS sites including local language sites in German and relevant European languages, and working with AMERICAS Marcom teams.
- Managing the execution of Site customer experience optimization. Site customer experience involves providing the best user experience possible through navigational, look & feel and Online functionality management. This involves working with Corp eBusiness to define best practices and submitting requirements for site development for all AMERICAS sites including local language sites.
- Team management - growing and managing DataComm/AMERICAS eBusiness team in the areas of online marketing, site management and customer experience to drive Online business growth while complementing Marketing activities with CIS DataComm/AMERICAS Marketing team.
- Regional management execution of other CIS eBusiness needs for other CIS industry verticals in APAC
- Developing and reporting to global DataComm and relevant CIS industry executives on eBusiness activities for full close loop eBusiness/Online marketing approach. Candidate Profile:
- University degree preferably in Business/Marketing, Engineering or Communications.
- 5-8 years experience in multiple aspects of eBusiness from Online Business Development to eMarketing to Site Management to Online Project Management
- Experience in developing and success with B2B Online marketing campaigns.
- Experience with cross-functional and pan-AMERICAS project management between Marketing and IT.
- Experienced in working with or in Marketing Agencies for Online development.
- Experienced in people management of team of 3-4 specialist/coordinator staff.
- Experience in database marketing would be an asset. Have some experience and working knowledge in online site content maintenance with .asp, HTML, XML. Flash, Java would be a plus.
- Experience in key account Sales or Sales support would be a plus.
- Resourceful, self-starter, entrepreneurial.
- Strong business acumen.
- Excited about and able to cross-functionally collaborate (like to connect the dots)
- Change management leader and operationally competent.
- Strong communicator, keen on new Online developments and social networking
- Can present to executives and work with Marcom and IT specialists and coordinators.
