As part of the Schneider Electrics strategy we are accelerating our Digital Transformation to become a leader on Digital Services and Software.

Two major initiatives have been defined from the company program Schneider is On to support the Digital transformation:

* DIGITIZE: CONNECTED OFFERS - Become a recognized market leader on the Industrial IoT (#connected devices or serviceable assets), creating new digital services offers and protecting our existing product revenue.

* DO MORE: CUSTOMER BOOSTERS Software Business revenue growth through a rich portfolio of solutions and the ability to drive new models as source of revenue (e.g. on premise to SaaS).

DIGITAL SERVICES TRANSFORMATION and SOFTWARE businesses have been redefined to drive the strategy into execution and IPO, as a response, has created the Digital and Software Domain.
THE DIGITAL AND SOFTWARE DOMAIN aims at providing the right Services and Platforms to support the required business capabilities of these two businesses. A strong focus is set on the Distinctive capabilities of both Digital and Software businesses and consequently the IT architecture has been redefined to fit these. A few examples of distinctive capabilities would include Electronic Software Distribution, Software Marketplace and AppStore, and Subscription services.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

Schneider Electric is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to take on a position of Digital & Software E2E Orchestration Manager. Candidates should have strong knowledge of Schneider Electric business, Subscription business models, change management, and how to run and operate a successful ecommerce platform.



As a key member of the Digital & Software Systems team, the E2E Orchestration Manager will

act as the primary point of contact for the E2E Business Service Manager, Support teams, Deployment teams and BRMs for the day-to-day operations of the global GoDigital eCommerce & Subscription service. They will also ensure agreed services are being delivered to requirements & business end user expectations and satisfaction levels are met.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ORCHESTRATION MANAGER WILL BE:

Ensure all business user requirements for all IT services are documented through Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
*

Ensure SLAs are met for all IT services supporting the E2E service, trigger actions to improve quality of delivery
*

Develop and enhance relationships with platform and application owners, key delivery teams supporting E2E services globally, ensure E2E service is well understood and that delivery team focus their attention on key areas to support business outcome
*

Ensure all data are collected from relevant parties to report global service performance
*

Provide a uniform approach to the way in which customer feedback is handled and resolved

The role will require strong communication and collaboration skills, high attention to detail, customer centric view and experience with Service Management.

TEAM:

* Direct management will be limited initially as the team grows

* Working in matrix organization with several teams

PROFILE:

* Experience with global projects delivering packaged software solutions is desired

* High degree of initiative and pro-active management

* Ability to drive results including management with and without direct management relationships

* Able to work in a multi-functional team and with global teams and different cultures
