Job Description

Dallas Country Club is currently seeking a qualified individuals for the Golf Course Crew positions. DCC, founded in 1896, is the most exclusive and prestigious private club in the area and we pride ourselves on hiring the best of the best. Benefits: For full-time employees the benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life, and long-term disability. Benefits would begin the first of the following month after 60 days of employment. Also included in the benefits, Chaplain Service Team, 401K and PTO. This position is an entry level, crew member position. Under the direction of the Superintendent and / or the Assistant Superintendent, the selected candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of grass, trees, shrubs, sod, foliage and flowers. In addition, the selected candidate will assist in project work in accordance with his experience and or level of training, as well as performing other duties as directed by the respective supervisor. Please keep in mind that this position entails working outdoors, often times in severe, inclement weather conditions. Overtime will be available and/or required most weeks Insurance benefits available following the completion of sixty (60) days Benefits Waiting Period. Pay Rate: $9.50-$10.50 per hour (DOE) Requirements: Must provide employment eligibility Must clear a drug screening and background check Must be able to work Monday thru Friday, every Saturday, and every other Sunday.
