Job Description

JLL seeks a graphic design professional to contribute to the positioning and advancement of the JLL brand through creative design development / management for all methods of communication throughout the marketing continuum, with a prioritized emphasis on business development deliverables, sales materials and collateral. The graphic design professional serves the project management requirements of assigned deliverables to ensure the timely delivery of quality work product that enhances our brand position.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development

*

Evolve the creative approach to presentation design to enhance our competitive edge in the sales process.
*

Develop innovative solutions for business development materials that align with specific client brands and needs.
*

Develop customized design solutions to reinforce key sales messaging at the new business pursuit level.
*

Develop information graphics to support complex ideas and concepts.
*

Leverage packaging design to enhance the experience of presentation materials.
*

Develop map graphics that enhance data visualization.
*

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction to the satisfaction of internal clients.
*

Ensure strict adherence to quality control methods required for the production of quality work product.
*

Explore unique presentation tools and techniques to enhance the competitive position.

Marketing

*

Develop and produce design solutions that align with audience profiles and business requirements.
*

Develop print design solutions, where appropriate, for collateral materials, map graphics and work product.
*

Develop digital design solutions, where appropriate, for collateral materials, map graphics and work product.
*

Collaborate with local and national marketing teams to complete targeted marketing initiatives and support said with creative development and design solutions (materials may include: advertisements, brochures, case studies, direct mail / e-mail campaigns, internal marketing materials, websites, social media, etc.).

Operations

*

Develop / maintain a library of standard, user-friendly templates for the retail service line.
*

Establish and maintain a best-in-class library of creative marketing materials.
*

Align local market needs and requirements and national retail objectives and initiatives to minimize redundant efforts and maximize efficiency and consistency.
*

Support the priorities of the retail business to advance initiatives that impact the bottom line.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

*

Bachelor s degree, or equivalent, in graphic design or similar concentration.
*

Minimum of 5+ years of directly applicable experience in graphic design.
*

Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
*

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook).
*

Working knowledge of digital design software and programming platforms a plus.
*

Ability to convey thoughts, ideas, recommendations and technical information in a clearly understood and concise manner.
*

Ability to organize use of time in a fast-paced environment, completing multiple projects simultaneously.
*

Ability to listen in a way that builds and maintains rapport with internal and external clients.
