Graphics professionals whose campaign experience includes direct-to-consumer campaign work, ideally targeting seniors, will find a singular opportunity to unveil your marketing and creative savvy as a Graphics Designer for Audiology Business Services in Naperville, Illinois, west of Chicago. We're creating a new brand for our hearing aid clinics, and you'll have the opportunity to design new materials and apply new brand standards to internal and external marketing communication pieces. Your knack for bringing your own and others' ideas and concepts to life in an artistic, vibrant and memorable way using the Adobe Creative Suite will ensure your success in this high profile role. Within our marketing department, you'll be the sole graphics professional and you'll have the creative leeway to implement your vision. Count on adding both depth and breadth to your overall skill sets as you design, develop and execute on a wide variety of marketing communications materials, including newspaper ads, inserts direct mailings, brochures, logos, internal communication pieces, promotional pieces and flyers.
Audiology Business Services LLC is a leading provider of back office support and shared services for businesses in the audiology and hearing-instrument space. Our business support experience, coupled with our knowledge and understanding of audiology and hearing-instrument practices, allows you to focus on running your business without slowing down to process your business.

Requirements:
As our Naperville, Illinois-based Graphic Designer, your first mission will be to create advertising templates for our new brand of hearing aid retail stores across the U.S. Your work will drive the lead generation process and your prior experience targeting a 65+year age group, ideally within the healthcare industry will allow you to hit the ground running. You'll take the lead role in developing a brand manual that lays out the rules of how we'll use the logos, fonts, colors and other design elements in our communication tools. Besides a variety of flyers, brochures, inserts and other print promotional vehicles, we'll tap your creative thinking as it relates to television spots, and the look and feel of our retail shops. As our sole Graphics Designer, you'll be a resource for many others within the organization and your ability to work collaboratively on projects, with creative give and take, will be crucial to your success. A key performance metric for you will be speed, as in the number of iterations it takes you to reach the sought after goal within the time constraints of a tight deadline. At the end of the day, you'll have the satisfaction that comes from creating graphic materials that were not there before you came on board. You'll have the autonomy and freedom of expression to push the envelope and make our brand something you'll be proud to have in your portfolio.
