JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Gray Market Abatement, Program Manager will guide large, complex projects, involving multiple Xilinx departments as well as Customers, Distributors, Contract Manufacturers and Others to successful completion. Additionally, this individual will provide analytic, reporting & investigative support for strategic decision-making, project performance-monitoring, updates & real-time issue resolution as well as ad hoc investigations.

The Gray Market Abatement, Program Manager is a key member of Xilinxs new Gray Market Team whose charter is to curb and contain the gray markets negative impact to Xilinx customers and to the FPGA Industry as well as to Xilinx - across all segments, all geographic regions and all products.

The Gray Market Team reports into Business Operations which has a central role within Xilinx - proactively driving company growth and profitability.

This is a high impact and visibility role and has a direct impact on Xilinx business results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate internal resources and stakeholders to execute projects on-time, within scope and within budget. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.

Adapt project plans to ensure that the projects perform at the highest level. Measure, monitor and report project performance.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Report and escalate to management as needed.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Gather and analyze large amounts of information expeditiously. Structure and execute analysis that uses data from disparate sources. Report results.

Investigate and track gray market field issues to find sources and pathways.

Support other gray market team members in analytics as per needs

Perform data analysis to guide and contribute to strategic decision making.

Create data models and reports providing interpretation and insight into the data.

Organization: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management or a closely related discipline with strong academic credentials.

Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods. PMP certification is a plus.

5 years as a senior Project Manager. 5 years as senior analyst.

Comfortable working on fluid, dynamic and ambiguous projects, where tasks become clearer as the project progresses.

Self-motivated, analytical & meticulous individual who can work with minimal supervision.

Hands on experience in analytics and application of solution design and data science.

Excellent math and statistics skills. A strong understanding of statistical methods to analyze data.

In-depth knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Visual Analyzer (VA) and Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP)

An understanding of Data sourcing, data warehouse, discovery and analytics using ETL (Extract, Transform & Load) and Business Intelligence tools.

A working knowledge of various CRM Systems such as Siebel and Oracle

Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, PHP, Python, R

Manage and develop SQL queries (Structured Query Language) to apply data analytics tools and techniques to solve business and data problems and to identify data issues and remediation solutions or optimizations as part of our strategic initiatives
