Superior Group is seeking a Grinder in Elma with a locally owned and growing aircraft components supplier on 2nd shift!

The position will be responsible for the grinding small components.
Other duties include:

Remove sharp edges/burrs using manual grinding machines
Works from blueprints/drawings and operation sheets to remove sharp edges (burrs) from the interior and exterior of components.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years relevant grindging small parts or components with a manual grinding machine
At least a HS diploma is required

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Good interpersonal skills.
attention to detail and a patient disposition
Seeking an individual with good work ethic, a quality-minded individual with the ability to transition from one task to another with ease.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting is essential.
Excellent hand-eye coordination, working under a microscope required. Must be familiar with the use of various hand and power de-burring tools under magnification/scope.
