Enter the information into the Property Management System (PMS). -Answer all incoming calls in a friendly and efficient manner. Provide guests with the requested information concerning the city, the hotel, and its services. -Obtain the necessary information from the guests and enter it into the PMS computer system. -Must be effective in sales and upselling. -Process all incoming reservations received via rooming lists, mailed or in-house correspondence, housing bureau forms, or facsimiles. -Mail confirmation and literature requests or reply via facsimile and administrative message when requested. -Other duties as assigned. -Prepare all monthly sales and catering reports by deadlines, including but not limited to SIP reports, Revenue Management reports, incentive calculation and month end reports for individual and team production and various ownership reports. -Distribute sales managers' incentive calculation reports detailing production in each area of the plan. -Manage the Lead/Team Hot program at the hotel, confirming, verifying and assigning as appropriate. -Produce group reports used in creation of the Strategic Sales Plan. -Manage all interfaces relating to the Isac Sales System. -Ensure accuracy of future/historical data (group related) in Isac Sales System.
