As a Guest Ambassador, you will Ensure a warm guest welcome for every guest, every time. Answer inquiries regarding local directions. Answer inquiries on ground transportation options and fares. Open vehicle doors. Remove luggage from vehicles and confirm number of pieces collected. Direct guests to the registration area. Offer transportation assistance. Drive guests within five miles of the hotel in the complimentary hotel shuttle. Cross-trainat the front desk to assist with the checkin and checkout process during peak periods. Attentively manage guest requests and effectively handle guest difficulties with prompt courtesy. Communicate guest requests to the appropriate department, ensuring 100' guest satisfaction. Use the hotel computers, radios, and phones to assist guests as needed. Fundamentals A high school education or equivalent experience, with one-year previous customer service- related experience is requested. Effective verbal and written English communication skills are required. This position requires: occasional lifting and pulling up to 75pounds, the ability to stand and walk for an entire shift on various surfaces, and pass a DMV check and maintain an excellent driving record. Shifts will include overnight hours.
