Job Description

br Charlotte Hotel is currently seeking an energetic,
br experienced Part Time Guest Service Agent.
br
br Responsibilities Include:
br
br *To be thoroughly acquainted with all check-in
br procedures and policies.
br *To be thoroughly acquainted with all check-out
br procedures and policies.
br *To be familiar with guest scenarios and follow-up on
br all guest requests and concerns.
br *To be familiar with all technical equipment as related
br to the Front Desk.
br *To be familiar with all hotel facilities.
br *To be familiar with the inter-relationship between the
br different departments.
br *To be fully acquainted with the different points of
br interest in the Charlotte area.
br *Answering in-coming and internal hotel calls,
br forwarding guests to the proper areas.
br *Logging all guest and associate requests into the hotel
br computerized tracking system.
br *Logging, tracking and completing guest wake-up calls.
br *Perform any other duties assigned by the Front Office
br Management (including filling in as PBX operator and
br Signature Lounge Conceirge as needed)
br *Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames
br when obtained
br *Be actively engaged with our guests and deliver
br memorable guest experiences
br *Create unique, personalized WOW moments at every
br opportunity
