RESPONSIBILITIES:

Front Office Ensures appropriate check in and out of guests and provides service to guests in a courteous and professional manner, exceeding guest expectations. Has thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, Bay Area and City attractions and restaurants to provide recommendations and make reservations. Ensures that all nightly reports are done timely and correctly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be proficient in both verbal and written English language. Open availability including overnights is required. Previous customer service experience preferred.
