Guest Services Manager Hilton Grand Vacations Club Las Vegas

Manage, direct and coordinate all efforts of the front desk, reservations, night audit, telephone operations, bell, and conciergeclub services functions to ensure outstanding owner and guest services. Basic Qualifications
High School graduate or GED equivalent is required. Minimum five years direct front desk or front office operations experience in a hospitality environment of which two to three years in a supervisory capacity. Prior cash handling and computer experience required. Must be flexible to work any day of the week to include weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications
4 year college degree in a management, hospitality or related field preferred.
