Job Description
Guest Services Supervisors at The Sanctuary oversee the day-to day operation of four highly visablevital areas of our AAA Five DiamondForbes Five Star hotel. They tirelessly manage and motivate the Guest Services team that consists of Bell Attendants, Business Center Coordinator, Door Attendants, Overnight Bell Attendants and Valet Attendants. They possess the keen ability to effectively deal with guests conflicts and will consistently perform their job duties effortlessly. Guest Service Supervisors are able to see problems before they exist, anticipate what is needed before it is asked for and effectively balance the needs of our guests and employees.
