The Xilinx Global IT application team is looking for a HCM/HRMS technical analyst to work on our Oracle e-Business Suite, a key corporate application for Xilinx.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

* Providing support for both e-Business HRMS and Taleo cloud service modules

* Partnering with internal customers and vendors on requirement gathering, analysis, design, development and implementation of HR solutions.

* Working closely with HR business users, HRIS team members and technical resources across the IT organization.

* Perform unit testing, co-ordinate user testing and implement solution following release process.

* Manage and execute project as per defined PLC process and controls.

* Identify recurring issues and implement permanent corrective actions.


Organization:

Qualification and Experience



* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Computer Science

* 5 to 10 years of experience with one or more Oracle e-Business Suite HRMS modules (Core HR, Employee and Manager Self Service, Compensation Workbench and OTL)

* Significant experience, knowledge and expertise in business systems analysis, design and project life cycle methodology, best practices and processes

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

* Have in-depth knowledge and understanding of HRMS data models and API

* Have extensive experience in developing and troubleshooting PL/SQL packages, functions and procedures.

* Have experience in developing and supporting integration between on-premise and cloud applications

* Have experience in deploying and supporting HR cloud applications

* Previous experience with supporting one or more Taleo cloud applications (Taleo Performance, Taleo Learn and Taleo Recruiting)

* Ability to work as part of a global team, yet work independently on resolving complex problems

* Experience with OA Framework/JSP using JDeveloper is a plus
