JOB DESCRIPTIONSHORT DESCRIPTION:
Screens telephone calls and walk-in employees and uses discretion and independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action.
Resolves routine benefit inquires. Includes handling customer and employee issues and ensures issues are expedited appropriately in a professional manner.
Explains basic benefit plans and procedures.
Processes letters as needed and assists Benefits Staff with all employee correspondence.
Provides assistance for issues in all aspects of benefits, including answering HR Benefits group e-mails.
High School Diploma or Equivalent required, Associate s Degree preferred.
One year clerical experience preferred, but not required.
