The HR Operations group is seeking an experienced part-time (15-20 hours per week) Administrative Assistant for a nine month temporary assignment in Chaska, MN. This individual will help manage the day to day administrative operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of data requests to include data collection, analysis, and reporting. This position will be payrolled via temporary agency.
High school diploma and at least 3 years of administrative support experience. A college degree and/or training in general business administration is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Requires a strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Possess a professional manner and handle confidential information
Good judgment and positive attitude
Ability to work well with all levels of management and staff in a multicultural environment
